That is, the properties of the selected material may be directly related to the degree of wear caused during its actual application. For example, if the hardness of the selected materials is higher, but after the occurrence of deformation, the recovery is difficult, or have poor impact resistance and poor fatigue resistance, these conditions are easy to cause adhesion wear, abrasive wear, fatigue wear, or fretting wear.

In the actual application process, in fact, most of the guide shafts after wear, people are often difficult to detect. So it is usually in the presence of machine high temperature, high beating range, abnormal sound and other serious problems, people will notice this problem. However, serious wear may have occurred at this time, resulting in the closing down of machine. So, in view of such a question, is there any way to solve it?


Up to present, it is important to know that the repair work of the large equipment guide shaft after wear has been widely concerned. For example, if the material is 45 steel, the welding internal stress may be generated by build-up welding only. Therefore, in the case of high load or excessive speed, it is easy to appear crack and even fracture.


If selecting the stress annealing method to repair the guide shaft, then the entire processing work is not only more complex, but also time-consuming and high cost. Therefore, it is usually possible to use repair welding, stamping or replace the new guide shaft.
