Hydraulic piston rod processing technical requirements

As we all know, the finished hydraulic piston rod products often need to undergo a series of process processing, in order to further improve the surface corrosion resistance, fatigue strength and delay the generation and expansion of fatigue cracks. In the processing of hydraulic piston rods, the technical requirements are a very important aspect, because the processing technology and the quality of the processing technology will directly affect the quality of the product and its service life.


So, do you know what the technical requirements for the processing of hydraulic piston rods are? First, the fit of the piston rod to the guide sleeve should be H8/h7 or H8/f7. Moreover, the tolerance of product roundness and cylindricity should be no more than half of the diameter tolerance. The outer circumference roughness of the piston rod is usually maintained between 0.1 and 0.3 um.


In addition to this, it is also necessary to ensure the coaxiality of the journal to the bearing journal so as not to adversely affect the transmission accuracy of the hydraulic piston rod after installation. Moreover, the perpendicularity tolerance between the axial end face of the mounting piston and the axis of the hydraulic piston rod should be no more than 0.04 mm/100 mm, and it is also ensured that the piston installation is not skewed.
