1. In the continuous mode, a set of guide posts in a group is generally set to four. Generally, the diameter of a small continuous die can be selected from 13 to 16 mm; for large and medium continuous die, it is more than 20 mm.
2. The inner guide sleeve is matched with the inner guide post. Generally, the anaerobic adhesive is used to bond with the template. The general clearance is 0.02~0.03mm, and the hole wall is required to be clean and free of oil.
3. The small guide post should be exposed to 20~30mm in the free state.
4. The lower die should be provided with air holes or air grooves in order to prevent the exhaust gas from being leaked or partial vacuum due to the introduction and deduction of the guide posts.
5. The inner guide post should be set to be completely symmetrical to prevent errors during mold loading. Generally, an inner guide post is offset by an integer of 3 to 5 mm on a certain coordinate.
