Due to a number of factors, chrome-plated piston rods may be rusted, including both machining and chrome plating. First of all, when machining, you should ensure that the chrome-plated piston rod is ready for plating. The center hole of the workpiece, which includes the workpiece, should always be in good condition. The center hole should be tapered and carefully ground or a circular center hole. Carefully wipe the center hole clean every time you install the workpiece. In addition, the center of the grinding machine is preferably a hard alloy with a strong stress tip.

 

Secondly, when processing, the surface quality of the chrome-plated piston rod should be ensured. The specific processing process includes two forms: fine grinding - super fine grinding, or fine grinding - rolling. Fine grinding uses a chrome corundum grinding wheel with a size of 80. The grinding wheel must be carefully statically balanced and finely finished to ensure a smooth and even grinding process and a 4-6 grinding stroke at the end.
