Second, the product should have good wear resistance, and have high processing accuracy and surface roughness requirements;

Third, the product should be designed to minimize the impact of stress concentration.

Fourth, we must also ensure that the connection is reliable so as to avoid loosening;

Fifth, the structural design of the hydraulic piston rod should be easy to disassemble and install.

 

Hydraulic piston rods are usually rolled and this process can significantly improve their performance. This is because the surface layer is left with surface residual compressive stress, which contributes to the closure of micro-cracks on the surface and hinders the expansion of erosion. In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the surface and delay the generation or expansion of fatigue cracks, the fatigue strength of the cylinder rod is increased. Moreover, after being processed and formed, a rolling layer is formed on the rolling surface to reduce the elastic and plastic deformation of the grinding contact surface, thereby improving the wear resistance of the surface of the cylinder rod.
