And product packaging will directly affect the corrosion resistance of electroplated parts in transit. The zinc-plating parts must be packed in wooden cases, and an appropriate amount of desiccant should be added in the packaging, so that the parts will not be corroded, then the quality of products are ensured .
(2) Effect of human factor on the quality of electroplating coating
The effect of human factor plays the most significant and enormous part on the quality of electroplating coating in the whole electroplating process. Here are a few actions should be taken.
First of all, develop complete standard operation, promote the standardization process of electroplating work.
Secondly, give full play to the managerial rights of managerial workers. Supervise and inspect the implementation of electroplating process specification on production site from time to time, and complete the supervision and inspection files in time.
