The production process of hydraulic piston rods often goes through a series of processes. With such a turning tool, the chip can be smoothly discharged in a spiral shape, and the effect is good. At the same time, we must also pay attention to the reasonable choice of cutting amount. In fact, the turning of each part of its size should generally be performed at least three times.


The first two machining depths are required to be controlled at 0.8 to 1.0 mm, the feed rate is controlled at 0.30 to 0.40 mm/r, and the cutting speed is controlled at 30 to 40 mm/min. When the hydraulic piston rod is turned for the third time, the cutting depth should be controlled at 0.20 to 0.40 mm, and the feed amount should be controlled at 0.20 to 0.30 mm/r. The cutting speed is controlled at 30 to 50 mm/min, and the center frame should be readjusted during the second and third turnings.


At the same time, in order to ensure the processing quality of the hydraulic piston rod, it is necessary to adopt a reasonable clamping design, while also taking into account the economic requirements. First, during the clamping process, the workpiece can not destroy the correct position of the workpiece obtained during positioning. And the direction of clamping force should be reliable and appropriate.
