It is generally required that the surface roughness is controlled at Ra 0.4-0.8um, and the requirements for coaxiality and wear resistance are strict.

 

Although the structural design does not want to bear radial forces, it will be directly limited by the actual structure when used, and the hydraulic piston rod will inevitably withstand a considerable portion of its radial external force. At the same time, the length of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder must be appropriate, generally taking 0.7 to 1.0 times of the outer diameter of the piston rod.

 

In addition, in the processing process, production standards should be strictly observed to ensure that the hydraulic piston rod has a good guiding effect and a sufficient bearing surface area, so as to reduce wear and improve the service life of the hydraulic cylinder.
