Piston rod alignment and component parts introduction

Straightening is a very important process in the process of manufacturing piston rods. If it is a solid piston rod, it needs to be straightened on the press. The workpiece is placed on the two roller frames, and the roller holder is used to leave the roller frame 300~ 500mm, rotate the workpiece every 400~500mm, measure the highest and lowest points, mark the position value, and then place it on the press for straightening. It can also be placed directly on the press table, and the bow high point can be seen with the naked eye and straightened with a hydraulic press.

 

If it is a hollow piston rod, it is usually a flame straightening method, that is, the tube body is placed on the top of the two roller frames, and the distance between the roller and the roller frame is 300-500 mm and the interval is 500-1000 mm. The highest point and the lowest point are marked with position and value, and the heating zone is drawn, the bow is upward, and the acetylene flame is used to heat the heating zone, and the self-weight is drooped (or pressurized heavy) for straightening.

 

The combined piston rod includes a plurality of components, and the main components include: 1. The head: the end of the piston is called the piston rod head, which is referred to as the head; 2, the tail end, the end of the outer cylinder is exposed. Piston rod shaft, referred to as the tail; 3, the middle section between the shaft, the head and the tail (seamless pipe) is called the piston shaft, referred to as the shaft; 4, the oil inlet pipe: connected to the club head, the tail The pipe that passes through the shaft is called the inlet pipe.
