What are the characteristics of chrome rods?
The uniformity is poor, and the complex shape plating parts should be properly handled;
The anode adopts insoluble anode, chromic acid must be added chromic anhydride;
The preheating of the plating parts is consistent with the liquid temperature, and the adhesion will be good;
Plating parts to be activated, and sometimes charged into the groove, adhesion is good;
With an impact current (greater than normal 50-100%), the plating begins at a relatively complex shape for about 2-3 minutes and then slowly falls below the normal current density range;
The current efficiency is very low and the current density must be greater;
Different shapes of the plating tank should not be the same, must use different hanger;
To strictly control the operation conditions of the liquid temperature, current density, distance etc.;
No interruption during plating.
